Host the wedding ceremony and reception of your dreams at Oak Hill Farm in Mooresville. You'll have access to 3 beautiful acres of outdoor space, including one acre of well-manicured lawn, a 12' x 36' covered awning, gas grill, water, electricity, restrooms, pasture views, and parking.* Lease Includes: - Parking attendants - portable restrooms (luxury restrooms available at additional cost, contact for details) - 4 hours (each additional hour is $250/hr) For Ceremony, Includes: - Chair setup for up to 180 guests - Bridal dressing room - Groom dressing room - Wireless outdoor speakers - Early access to venue for decorating the night before - 2 hour rehearsal time earlier in the week (by appointment) - 1 hour photoshoot (by appointment) For Reception, includes: - Setup/tear-down labor included - Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests (up to 30 under the awning) - Standard White folding chairs - Lawn Games: Corn-hole, horseshoes, Bocce ball - Outdoor firepit (on request) - full day lease: 9am to 10pm * (Additional required liability insurance with each rental and is not included in the lease agreement) *(Tent rentals available for an additional cost- add this to cart during booking.)
